Add-on services are optional and designed to provide just the right additional support needed.
Transaction Specialist assists in preparing any required LISTING transaction-related documents and will provide those to the Agent to review and approve prior to being sent for signatures. Once sent out, Transaction Specialist will track/follow-up on signatures needed until fully completed and turn into Agent’s office (if applicable).
LISTING: Creating Docs

Transaction Specialist will provide support for relaunching an expired listing, including coordinating required documents, updating the MLS, refreshing marketing materials to facilitate property’s return to active status (if applicable)
LISTING: Expired Listing Re-Launch Support

Transaction Specialist will enter the property into the MLS only with no other listing support.
LISTING: MLS Entry only

Transaction Specialist will perform a review of a listing that is already active in the MLS and insure complete/update any tasks or marketing materials as need on behalf of Agent.
LISTING: “Peace of Mind” Service

Transaction Specialist will post listing-related marketing (Coming Soon, Just Listed, Price Changes, Open Houses) on Agent’s social media platforms (if applicable).

Transaction Specialist will post/update any listing-related Zillow marketing needed to include adding a virtual tour and ‘coming soon’ status on listings (if applicable).

Transaction Specialist assists in preparing any required UNDER CONTRACT (UC) transaction-related documents and will provide those to the Agent to review and approve prior to being sent for signatures. Once sent out, Transaction Specialist will track/follow-up on signatures needed until fully completed and turn into Agent’s office (if applicable).

Transaction Specialist will enter an UC property into the MLS only.

Transaction Specialist will provide the final settlement statement to the Buyer and/or Seller after closing, beginning January 1 of the following year.

Upon closing, Transaction Specialist will request client reviews from the Buyer/Seller for Zillow and/or Google (if applicable) and claim the sale on Zillow on the Agent’s behalf.

Helping You Succeed (HYS) will provide a year-end summary of any Listings or UC transactions that HYS assisted with over the previous year. This will have helpful information for the Agent to use for tax purposes.

This is a one-time fee for Transaction Specialist services. It includes setting up custom branding, tasks and processes for Agent before Transaction Specialist starts working on any files.
