  • Input property into MLS

  • Upload of virtual tours, disclosures and pictures to MLS and any other appropriate websites
  • Create property flyers for property, email pdf to Agent or facilitate proof from printing company agent uses for flyers/brochures.
  • Email sent to Seller with links to view websites home is being marketed on
  • Order sign for yard if needed
  • Order pictures to be taken of property if needed
  • Order Home Book and O & E from Title Company if needed
  • Eflyer sent to Agents that have prospects for your new listing
  • Refresh property in the MLS and make price changes as requested by Agent
  • Track expiration date of property

Under Contract Transaction Coordinator Services

(For your listing or Buyer that has gone U/C)

  • Order Title Commitment from Title Company, send contract to title company or lender
  • Send Payoff, Commission Amount and other necessary info to Title Company for Agent
  • Send email to all parties of transaction with contact information
  • Manage/track all deadlines per contract
  • Make sure that we sent or received all appropriate docs: title commitment, due diligence docs, inspection receipts, Association Docs
  • Send inspection update to client
  • Update in MLS to Pending/UC and then to SOLD
  • Notify Showing Service of status change
  • Daily email update sent to agent
  • Maintain files between agent and their office
  • Make sure your file and pertaining documents are in compliance with your office and the Real Estate Commission

File Auditing Services

When I Audit a File That Has Closed I Will:  

  • Send you a list of what is missing and try to obtain any missing docs on Agent’s behalf.
  • Upload a final file to your CTM or cloud as needed.
  • Send the complete file via email to a contact person in Agent’s office or upload to Agent’s office website.
