For your listing or Buyer that has gone U/C
- Order Title Commitment from Title Company, send contract to title company or lender
- Send Payoff, Commission Amount and other necessary info to Title Company for Agent
- Send email to all parties of transaction with contact information
- Manage/track all deadlines per contract
- Make sure that we sent or received all appropriate docs: Title Commitment, Due Diligence Docs, Inspection Receipts, Association Docs
- Send inspection update to client
- Update in MLS to Pending/UC and then to SOLD
- Maintain files between agent and their office
- Make sure your file and pertaining documents are in compliance with your office and the Real Estate Commission
